While every SENCo is there to make a huge difference to the lives of some of our most vulnerable and complex children, the role itself can be  lonely, overwhelming and isolating.  With this in mind, we decided to set up the SENCo Collaboration Meetings to provide all SENCos with an opportunity to network, troubleshoot, share good practice and discuss all things SEND-related.  The meetings will have an informal feel and the agenda will be very much based on the needs of the attendees, the aim being that everybody will feel a much greater level of support as part of a wider SENCo network by the end of the day.

The events will be led by Zayla Beecham, SENCo for a Federation of 9 primary schools across Herefordshire.
